Taking place in the Peak District, this jam packed popular camping weekend full of fun and adventure includes caving, outdoor climbing, cycling and hill walking for Guides and Scouts aged 11-13 years.
Spaces will go fast, so don’t delay.
Due to this event being extremely popular priority is given to first time attendees.

Little Paxton Summer Challenge Camp

We are excited to have the opportunity to offer all our Scouts across Hertford District a weekend camp in Bedfordshire on a site with access to lots of different activities. Including on the water ; Paddle Boarding, Canoeing, Rafting and on the land Climbing & Orienteering as well as camp fire in the evening.
This is a great opportunity for our Scouts to make progress across a number of badges including; Challenge Adventure and Team Work, Activity Climber, Staged Paddle Sports, Time on the water and Nights Away. They will also achieve the UK Paddle Start Award which is an external qualification The programme for the weekend includes;
Friday evening
Arrive on site, receive a briefing from the site activity leaders, followed by mini games / challenges, the tents are already up for you!

Saturday
This is a full on action day with a round robin of 4 instructor lead sessions
